I wanted to thank your staff for the flowers that you sent yesterday on my behalf. After several years of really disappointing service and product from the normal national choices (Pro Flowers and FTD), you’ve now twice provided Christmas centerpieces that have proven to be unique and very well received.

I haven’t yet seen this year’s delivery, but will be in Houston on Sunday and will then. But based on the messages I received last night the presentation was outstanding. Thank you for the wonderful service – you’ll definitely be hearing from me again.
